Will this convert FLV to 3gp 177x144? I noticed you said this had a fixed encoder of 320x240. I guess I can download and try it to see.

The Super render/converter will create 3gp files from an flv. I have just done this as a test and I have placed it into my Nokia - playing it while I type.
